Clients reviews about NAUROZ DESIGNER COLLECTION

Excellent customer service and great quality shoes. I ordered a pair of shoes from Nauroz Designer Collection while I was at home and could not visit the outlet due to a time crunch. Their team was extremely helpful and made the whole process very smooth. They reached out, guided me properly, and arranged doorstep delivery for me. The shoes were delivered on time, and the cash-on-delivery process was simple and convenient. The delivery person was professional, and the overall experience was very comfortable. The shoes themselves were very nice and the quality is great. Really appreciate the effort and customer service. Highly recommended. ~ Mannan A

The quality of the material is excellent. The way the owner of the store, handled my order over the phone and got all the sizes right was amazing. Even my own durzee makes mistakes with my size but not at Nauroz. Everything was superb and the boys looked handsome as ever. I will suggest that please do listen to his advice because he knows what he's doing and he's great at it. Thank you for making amazing shalwaar kameez, kurta and shoes for the boys. Best for men's clothing! ~ Madiha I

Nowruz is one of the best clothing stores that I have dealt with through online ordering, and the clothes and shoes that I ordered from them are of excellent manufacture and high quality... I especially thank the owner of the shop, Ammar Hassan, because he communicates with the customers himself and makes sure that they like the goods. And the order arrived within three days, knowing that I am in Dubai... Many thanks to the Nowruz shop .. ~ Rashid A

Ammar, the owner is fantastic! He takes soo much time and thoroughly enjoy the process of assisting customers and he makes sure they walk out with big bags, big smiles and also savings. I only found out about the brand recently and I have shopped for my entire family, for both Eid’s already. Him and his team is remarkable at what they do! And they for sure know how to retain a customer 🤍 God bless y’all ~ Zertasha B

I have bought couple of times from Nauroz and twice ordered online as well. Let me tell you that I was never disappointed. From in store staff to helpline all are very professional and always help you understand the product which suits and fits you best. They always bring finest locally made products. If you are around MM Alam do visit them. Do check out their peshawari chappal and men's suiting. ~ Ahsan S

Exceptional customer service. All the pieces I purchased fit perfectly (size Medium, I am 6'/183cm tall and 165lbs/75kg) and the quality of the tailoring and materials is superior. Wide variety of colors. Stylish yet classic. Shipping to the US was easy. Importantly, Naúroz uses Pakistani cotton and wool, supporting local makers. Winter weight materials are available for custom tailoring. ~ Kristofer P
